A joke

One Sunday morning Joe burst into the living room and said, "Dad, Mom, I have
some great news for you! I am getting married to the most beautiful girl in
town. She lives a block away and her name is Susan.
After dinner, Joe's dad took him aside, "Son, I have to talk with you. Your
mother and I have been married 30 years. She's a wonderful wife but she has
never offered much excitement in the bedroom, so I used to fool around with
women a lot. Susan is actually your half-sister, and I'm afraid you can't marry
her."
Joe was heart-broken. After eight months he eventually started dating girls
again. A year later he came home and very proudly announced, "Dianne said yes!
We are getting married in June."
Again his father insisted on another private conversation and broke the sad
news. "Diane is your half-sister too, Joe, I am very sorry about this."
Joe was furious! He finally decided to go to his mother with the news.
"Dad has done so much harm. I guess I am never going to get married", he
complained. "Every time I fall in love, Dad tells me the girl is my
half-sister."
His mother just shook her head. "Don't pay any attention to what he says,
dear. He's not really your father."

Describing a summer festival: Sant Jordi

On the 23rd of April, it's"Sant Jordi" in Catalonia. "Sant Jordi" is a traditional celebration and all the people celebrate it.

In "Sant Jordi", it's traditional that the boys buy a rose for the girls and the girls buy a book for the boys. In many villages you can see a lot of book shops.

Ilike this celebration because it's fun and you can see a lot of boys buying roses this day.

my trip to Madrid!

We took the train and we went to Madrid...

First we went for lunch at our residence. After that, we went to visit Madrid. We visited la Puerts del Sol ¡, Planza de Cibeles, Puerta de Alcalà...It was fantastic!

The second day we went to visit "Congreso de los Dioutados", "El museo del Prado", and "el Retiro". In the afternoon we went to "la Plaza Mayor", "La Almudena" and after that "el palacio Real". We had dinner at the residence.

The third day, we had free time at "la plaza Mayor", and in the afternoonwe had dinner at plane airport.

And then we took the plane to Girona.

A class survey

In this survey, i asked twenty people in my class about their favourite sport.



Most people in my class practice some sport, but some people don't practice any. Only one person goes kayaking, and one person goes skiing. Two people play football. Three people dance hip-hop and five play tennis.

Irish dancing

Irish dancing is very popular with girls and boys in Ireland. Girls wear beatiful dresses and curly
wings. Irish dancing began when sailors at sea got bored and so they started to dance on the decks of their ships.

School in INDIA!

Children in India wear school uniform. These children speak English and Hindi, India's official language. There are over one million schools in India and most children go to school at least until the age of 14.
