The sea gives back to a girl that survives to a shipwreck produced several days before. A pescador of the zone collects it of the bank where find healthy and saves and all the neighbours think that the sea has rescued it because the master. "The bridegroom of the sea"obtained three nominaciones in the prizes of the Mexican cinema in 2006 but only carried the galardón the director, José Bojorquez in the category of Better Prime Opera. Between the distribution highlights the presence of the veteran actriz estadounidense Ángela María that returned with this production to the cinema after twenty years centered in the television.
